“Nakhon Nayok, Dream city, Beautiful mountain, Attractive waterfall, Graceful nature, Without pollution.” With the potential of the plentiful natural environment, pure air, calmness, in the heart of the valley, all these are inside the Royal Hills golf course under the project named The Yard. Here meet the needs for the location, also, it is the beginning of the project. The land plot is 171 square meters with a width of 24 meters, depth of 28.5 meters.
“I am looking for a home providing a relaxing atmosphere. I intended that place to be a home for my father in his golden year. Meanwhile, it will be a vacation home for the family on weekends in order to take a rest after a long week of work.”, said Mr. Worawit. This is one of the exciting challenges for PPA architects.
“Every aspect of the house is nature, and nature is the heart of the house.” Since the land plot is located in the heart of the valley near the Khao Yai National Park boundary, so there are surrounded by mountains, behind the house is the lake view corner with a large water intake area. I would like the house to have functionality which is as close to nature as possible in order to experience nature in every aspect and every point of view by using sunlight, wind, and opening up the visual perspective is the key design.
