Clean-lined luxury defines this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium on the High Line, in West Chelsea’s arts district. Improvements to the newly constructed apartment—located in architect Neil M. Denari’s HL23—include custom millwork, custom-mix paints by Farrow & Ball, and interior lighting designed to set the mood and highlight the owners’ growing collection of contemporary art.
