CLARK | BARNES redesigned The Harbor Step’s Library as a new ‘Network’ room. Designed as a co-working space, it offers flexible areas to provide creativity, focus, and connection. The space provides for a variety of seating types from a private conference room and lounge seating to open conference, touch down bar top and banquet style. Thus providing for collaborative work styles and individual needs. The space also features a kitchenette refreshed with feature graphic tile and cubbies for all day daily user storage. The custom two-story mural creates a visual connection to the existing courtyard which also provides natural light while working and direct access to fresh air

CLARK | BARNES was also responsible for remodeling the residential entry on Western Ave which included artistic and acoustic solutions, new furniture focused and grouped around art installations and featured lighting throughout.
