This facility includes three 4 story buildings totaling 90 units and a club house. The project fell victim to multiple construction defects and a recalled fire suppression system. Our work included replacement of all windows and sliding glass doors, complete siding tear-off and redesign, access to and tightening of all perimeter seismic hold-downs, resurfacing of all exterior decks and connecting bridges, and redesign of fire suppression system between floors.
