The site is located on the outskirts of city with farming fields surrounding the site.
The house has been designed with keeping landscape as the main focus as the client is the nature lover.
The planning of the house is in such a way that the all areas of the house are very well connected with the central courtyard, which is the main concept since the inception of planning, thus creating a central courtyard as main design element with large hexagonal metal grill on one side which plays a big role in creating sciography during entire day.
The formal living room comes first along with pooja room and guest room followed by a 6 feet wide passage parallel to central court yard which gets connected to dining room, kitchen and parents room at the end of passage.
The house has big openable skylight roof above 30’ x 15’ central courtyard which allows ample amount of daylight to enter the house throughout the day.
Cavity walls with deep set windows were planned for the condo keeping the climatic condition of anand to protect from harsh exposure of sun which becomes very crucial design element.
The simplicity in design radiates the feel of elegance and luxury brought in combination of space and palate of colour and materials used.
It’s a vastu shastra and climatic responsive planning.
Both the parents and master bedroom are at the same location one on ground and another on first floor which is placed in such a way that you have a visual connection between inside and outside the house keeping the occupant connected with both the spaces.
Outside façade one will notice masses of cuboidal form in white with geometrical pattern grooves. It makes for a sculptural quality against prominent green landscape.
The interiors has been well thought and minutely detailed with great workmanship and customized furniture with soft colour palate.
Cream based Italian marble has been used for flooring, cream colour for wall and white colour in ceiling and shades of brown in furniture, tapestry and soft furnishings.
Entertainment room the main attraction of the home is specially designed with all latest technology in sound, acoustical, light and visual experience which has a capacity of 16 person which is also connected to a bar on rear side.
