The Garrack is a residential scheme for those aged 50 and over that draws inspiration from the local vernacular, placing a strong emphasis on the use of natural materials, including timber cladding and granite slips. The remaining residences are nestled into the hillside, showcasing grass-topped roofs that seamlessly integrate with the surrounding landscape. This design choice not only strengthens the visual connection of the upper-tier dwellings to the sea but also reflects the natural fields that characterise the hillside.
