greeen! architects together with STRABAG Real Estate designed this unique building as a new entrance gate to Düsseldorf. The site is located at Roßstrasse / Johannstrasse in Düsseldorf. The building delivers spectacular, light, green and healthy office spaces at an inhospitable location at one of the most frequented traffic nodes in the north of Düsseldorf.

The clever design allows pedestrians, neighbours and drivers passing by, great views through the stacked gardens and into the sky. This is what we call a really transparent building.
