The Frank is a four-story residential apartment building with R-2 occupancy. The building is Type VA construction consisting of a slab-on-grade, spread footing design with wood frame walls and open web wood joist floors/roof. Exterior materials consist of brick veneer on the first three floors and exposed-fastener metal panels on the fourth floor. The roof consists of a low-slope single-ply membrane over tapered insulation with internal drains. Site work consists of sidewalks, parking lot and trash enclosure.
