The Cottage started as a weekend sailing retreat for our clients. When they decided to partially retire to the Northern Neck permanently, they realized they needed more space, however they wanted to keep the cottage charm of the quaint water front setting. Both artists, we had fun working outside the box and on a smaller budget to help them to get a great master bedroom suite, kitchen, mudroom, improve the living area and get a new 2nd floor hidden under a cape cod style facade. The red and stainless galley kitchen with open shelves is designed for functional cooking. Soon we will be adding a screened porch.
