This mixed-use facility located in downtown Ballard is uniquely designed to encompass two small buildings rather than one large building. The innovative design creates a “campus feel” that will include space for courtyards and landscaped areas.
Located near the Greenfire Campus, Ballard Commons Park and the Ballard Library, the two-building complex includes 80 apartments, four townhouses, and 21,000 square feet of retail on a .7-acre site. Office spaces range from 1,200 to 1,800 feet to appeal to small tech or creative companies that want a new space in Ballard. The two bedroom townhouses face the park, and were designed with a variety of sizes and layouts. Each floor has bike storage space near the elevator, and both buildings have rooftop decks.
