The Collection at Orchard Park is envisioned to be a bespoke, walkable, and environmentally sustainable mixed-use development, where the synergy between architectural design and tenant curation creates a regionally specific destination for locals and visitors alike.
Informal clusters of spacious single-story structures form a network of 40,000 sf, interconnected and freestanding buildings that shape a variety of human-scale exterior courtyards. As an extension of the EC3-led masterplan’s pedestrian promenade, the layout reinforces connectivity to Library Square and Phase II—the Crystal Barn.
The pitched-roof forms are designed to minimize solar gain and optimize passive solar and PV performance. Inspired by Idaho’s fall colors and mountain landscape, the Collection’s animated roofscape will be clad in anodized color metal, responding to the open Idaho sky throughout the day and year-round.
In Spring 2023, the project reached a major milestone as HDD and the design team began the entitlement process. Construction is anticipated to begin by the end of 2025.
