Designing of cultural centers are very important nowadays. A special place is occupied by issues of national art accessible to the consumer, making cultural and leisure activities to normal life, return to the centuries-old folk traditions. Center of Ukrainian culture not only promotes the important social services, it is also a means of communication, social center and an instrument of culture democratization, while retaining and educational function.Center's premises divided into 5 main blocks, as well as support and service facilities. Through the atrium and the projected vertical communications (passages) are provided access to the main blocks: ateliers, showrooms, restaurants, art galleries, multi-purpose hall, shops. The space of the atrium is crowned with a lantern complex shape. There are approach and pedestrian passageways to the building, parking, as well as to the service entrance through which the delivery of the exhibits, food in restaurants, goods for the ateliers and shops. Provides recreation area, which in master plan will be implemented stylized Ukrainian style, repeating shapes, lines and character of the projected building. There is a slope to the river, which is located promenade area summer cafe and boat station.Centre appears to us in the form of "stone roses", which is not only a symbol of Donbass, but again reminds us of the richness of the national culture. A strong national character brings visitors and guests to secular folk traditions in modern reading.The building has one main entrance to the cumulative area for visitors. It is made in the shape of an egg "Pisanka", which is connected with the ancient folk custom, meeting the spring. This entry is one of the major architectural accents witch painted by Ukrainian motives. So visitors enter the "World of Ukrainian culture".October 2009 – XVIІI International competition of diploma projects for graduating students of high educational establishments of architectural and artistic specialities.
