The property captivates with its horizontal topography. It looks toward El Arco at the tip of South Baja California between rock formations and natural streams that converge on a site whose vocation allowed us to place low open floors integrated with terraces and a look-out point always seeking to propitiate an experience looking out to the bay.
This hotel follows a downward route, to later climb and then go down again. When recovering the two existing buildings, a master plan was developed around two large central swimming pools, looking out to the sea and a large slanting building to permit simultaneous visuals to the San Lucas Bay, and to the Arco of Los Cabos.
The main structure six floors high, governs the design with the multifunctional use of the free floor, and creates relationships between the parts of the complex and thus makes space for a program with 170 rooms. The building rises to filter the landscape while opening different architectures between grooves and incisions on the terrain.
