Situated in Toronto’s North York area and built in 2001 by Monarch Development Corporation, this Toronto condo sits near the intersection of Yonge St & Hillcrest Ave.

With the façade designed to accentuate the verticality of the tower, a mix of precast and glass were arranged in a grid pattern. The upper mechanical roof is integrated into building massing, with rectilinear massing at the base and middle. Precast framework ends off with circular columns at the upper level as to further lighten the buildings appearance.
