The Borough

Under Construction
58 The Borough is in the heart of Downton, Wiltshire. The proposal is to create a new build house to the rear of the family’s existing house and business.

The key design driver for the project is to create a contemporary design referencing the traditional forms, materials and context of the surrounding conservation area. The house is designed with a linear plan form set against the boundary ensuring every habitable rooms opens up to the south facing garden.
