Preliminary design of the bank has emerged as a result of thorough renovation and reconstruction of the total living - business block on Pavle Stojkovic Square in city of Nis. The Bank should take the northern corner of the said block of land between the Catholic Church in Jug Bogdan Street and traffic access inside to block of the square Pavle Stojkovic. Closed system of block largely determines the dimensions of the newly-frontal object.The Bank should contain basement with Treasury, ground intended for customers (front-office) and office space with a restaurant distributed on 4 floors. The space inside the parcel is regulated by the purpose and intended for the parking of service vehicles. The structural system is the skeleton of reinforced concrete elements, and the facade is made by combining the facade of granite slabs and aluminum semi-structural facades.
