The Baltimore is a good example of adaptive reuse of an existing office block.
The project aims to keep as much of the existing load bearing structure.
The building consists of four floors, of 15 apartments. Each apartment is a bespoke design incorporating the abundant natural light afforded to the site.
A central courtyard provides a green space with a quadruple volume living green wall.
The building will utilize green building practices to best achieve a high energy efficiency rating.
