Incorporates a landscaped terrace on a raised green roof structure over ground floor parking, numerous terraces and balconies, and generously-sized units that exceed HPD requirements. Infill building occupies a formerly vacant site that once contained two single-story buildings and a former police parking lot. Part of the LEED for Neighborhood Development Pilot Program.
