Designing space for programmers means more than providing desks and Wi-Fi. These are environments built for digital craftsmanship—where focus, flow, and feedback are paramount. Just as code is modular, layered, and scalable, so too must the space support complexity and adaptability. The Architecture becomes an interface—between thought and action, silence and communication, the real and the virtual
The Academy is a training and research center dedicated to the development of digital platforms and programming. The building is organized over four levels, each designed to support specific functions while promoting connectivity and collaboration.
The ground floor serves as a public and recreational zone, welcoming all users and fostering interaction. The second and third floors house office spaces and flexible training areas, accommodating both focused work and instructional activities. The fourth floor is dedicated to meeting rooms and research departments, providing a quiet, concentrated environment for advanced development and innovation.
A central main staircase connects all levels, rising from the main entrance to the top floor. Each level is designed with looped circulation, ensuring seamless movement and integration between different zones.
At the heart of the building, a large central atrium acts as a communal core, enhancing visual and spatial connectivity across floors. This open space also brings in indirect natural light, creating a comfortable and inspiring interior environment that supports productivity and well-being.
