TEN23, designed for Equity Residential, is a 12-story residential development adjacent to the High Line with 111 luxury rental apartments including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. The façade is a stunning composition of translucent glass set within an ornamental cast-in-place concrete frame and features a playful pattern, inspired by the number 10, formed by layering decagons adjacent to each other on the concrete façade. To create a connection between the adjacent High Line Park and TEN23, multiple terraces and rooftop gardens and lawn are incorporated into the design. TEN23 is the recipient of the Corbetta Awards and Multi-Housing News Excellence Awards in Best in Development, High Rise. TEN23 is Silver Certified as per ICC 700-2008 National Green Building Standard.
