….sometimes pressing its chest to the window glass, sometimes overflowing in the freezing streams, sometimes changing on the stone pavements – the sun light was running on and on, outrunning me on the morning ripple of the roadway. It was fingering the rainbow windows with its long beams, colonnades, a bit damp brick walls, sparkling roofs and domes – as if breaking their necks schoolboys finger with rods on an iron fence of a park or a garden. Somewhere in the distance was heard a sound of a handsome grand piano, as if flying together in the air with boom of cars, rhythmically passing bye. The houses like many-colored glasses, were everlastingly vanishing in the continuation of absorbing streets. A brisk blue of the sky and pigeons alternately were becoming thicker and melting in the air….The shots were changing each other : streets and houses, squares and gardens, thoughts and memories – as if in the closed circle of projections and reverberations.I was feeling as an enormous teleidoscope was slowly rotating around us, sparkling with facets of reality. We are the part of this reality and at the same time we are independent, free, realizing our solitude in the mirror reflections.Teleidoscope is an optical equipment, a modification of kaleidoscope with the traditional optical circuitry without colored filling inside. The patterns are created from the parts of the world, surrounding us. A fragment of the imagery, on which the pipe of teleidoscope is directed, is increasing due to lens and repeatedly reflected from the mirror inner prism.
