The house is located in the north of Tel Aviv and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The building divided into four floors.
The renovation was related on the one hand to the love of the family to host and cook together and on the other hand, the planner's desire to give a sense of space, comfort, and peace. Resulting in a place where daily life is enlivened.
The kitchen designed extends over 15 meters long so there is enough place to cook together. The air conditioning system was assembled at the top of the kitchen and hidden by the kitchen-compatible carpentry work, so we didn't have to lower the ceiling on the main floor and gained maximum height in space.
We've placed a dining table parallel to the long front of the kitchen, 3 meters long so it can easily sit around 14 people. Next to the dining area, we have chosen a comfortable and inviting sitting area.
So, in a relatively small area of 60 square meters, we managed to insert three functions in maximum comfort and space possible.
The master bedroom has a bathroom separated with smoked glass partition, the shower itself is located adjacent to the glass front overlooking the sea. So anyone in the shower can watch the sea view, but he cannot be seen from the outside.
All the materials selected in the project are practical and easy to maintain in everyday life. The monochromatic color palette keeps the attention of the space to the blue of the sea and the sky visible from anywhere in the house.
