The Tejon 35 Mixed Use development is rooted in Denver’s LoHi (Lower Highlands) neighborhood at the intersection of 35th Avenue and Tejon Street. Tejon Street is a prominent retail corridor serving the local residential neighborhood and is the primary pedestrian corridor connecting to the Downtown business district and the Union Station redevelopment. The Tejon Mixed Use building contributes 4000 square feet of new retail to this corridor in addition to 29 for-lease apartments and a parking structure. Its completion is driving further interest and investment into this important commercial corridor and injecting new energy into the streetscape.
