Set amidst the rolling terrain of Legazpi City, the Taysan Hills Masterplan envisions a vibrant hillside community that harmonizes contemporary living with the natural landscape. The development embraces the site’s undulating topography, using it as a framework for an organic layout that prioritizes views, wind flow, and green connectivity.
Residential clusters, civic spaces, and leisure amenities are strategically placed along contour lines to minimize land disturbance and preserve the site’s ecological character. Open spaces and linear parks form a continuous green network that encourages walkability and social interaction while promoting biodiversity.
Sustainability lies at the core of the masterplan — integrating passive cooling strategies, stormwater management systems, and renewable energy provisions. The architectural language reflects local materials and vernacular sensibilities reinterpreted through modern forms, creating a place that feels both rooted and forward-looking.
