Taxco 25 is a proposal that dialogues with the neighborhood’s day-to-day life and its traditional architectures. The project consists of 5 townhouses –independent vertical houses– that share a common entrance: a side vegetated corridor that runs from the street inward.
Four stories, similar but independent. Each story tells its own history, each history is belongs to its own resident. A staircase connects the four stories, it allows natural light and ventilation to get in. Each level is the same as the previous one, but the allocated use makes it unique. The natural light, the open spaces and the ascendant experience are the constant in the project; the users decide the rest.
