This technology incubator, currently being designed by SFA and the City of Bethlehem, repurposes the former Bethlehem Steel Supercomputer building into a dynamic workplace for innovation. The project comes on the heels of the recently-completed Pi building, the first technology incubator supported by the Partnership for Innovation project. By introducing an alley, a courtyard, and a plaza, the project builds a large-scale element around the human experience of the site. The design is based on strategies that are both functional and collaborative, exhibiting the building’s purpose both internally and externally.
