Taormina Bay proposal - YAS island UAE
The project proposal guidelines Our basic idea is bring in Abu Dhabi the spirit and essence of the legend of Taormina, in its history as it is layered and coagulated and where Italian style is declined, with new and contemporary languages, in leisure, in furnishings, artifacts, and architecture in the light of the excellence of Italian Style. Compositionally, we intend to play the path of Taormina's main street, Corso Umberto, where everything happens and flows Taormina life during the day as well as evening up the warm summer nights. An artery, which runs through and connects a sequence of "squares" and spaces from which branch off towards the sea and green paths prospective cones with leisure facilities, several until you reach the beach and the sea. Basically, a tree-lined pedestrian and shaded longitudinal will report not only the squares but all architectures and services dedicated to leisure: fitness centers, restaurants, pizza restaurants, nightclubs, pubs, winebar and shops, cinemas, theaters and outdoor spaces for the show. The latter may be the place where you can organize and play an international film festival that could establish itself as a new attractor can be added to the extensive tourist offer which already today are able to supply Abu Dhabi.
