International data integration firm, Talend, chose the 25,000 sq. ft. space as a canvas to reflect its brand, its commitment to employee talent, and its spirit of collaboration.

The focus of the space is a communal “energy hub” were staff is encouraged to meet-up and share their best thinking. An open plan with high ceilings, careful use of glass and good overall lighting contribute to the team culture.

Delivered on very tight schedule the WK design group team overlapped the design phase with real time value-engineering and the construction documents phase. In collaboration with the general contractor, Cody Brock, the project was completed 4 months from the first space plan.
