As the first building in the 'Five Centers' area, this project, in accordance with the construction requirements of the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government on the 'Five Centers', has high-standard planning and high-level construction to form a new center, new engine and new bright spot for urban development. Based on the two key factors of 'ecology and demonstration'. The project will build the first double-standard certified building in the province (three-star domestic green building and Classical German passive building) with 'three-star green building + ultra-low energy consumption + AAA-level fabricated steel structure' building, benchmark International standards, reaching the leading level of ultra-low energy consumption buildings of the same level in China; introducing high-end green ecological technology design system, in order to accumulate scientific and effective practical experience, establish a quantitative index system, and conduct an overall demonstration of the park construction of the five centers , guide and control to achieve sustainable, replicable and scalable development goals.
The Smart Construction and Operation Headquarters of the Five Centers of Block A: The construction scale is about 10,000 square meters, and the construction mode of 'three-star green building + ultra-low energy consumption + steel structure prefabricated building' is adopted. Smart monitoring platform, engineering construction management, engineering conference and other supporting facilities;
Block B Business Office and Block C Business Hotel: The construction scale is 52,000 square meters, and the construction mode of 'green building + steel structure prefabricated building' is adopted; the main functions are business office, business hotel and related supporting facilities.
We carried out passive ultra-low energy consumption technical consultation and energy consumption simulation calculation for the project, and successfully made the project pass the national near-zero energy consumption building evaluation in July 2021.
