Originally designed by K.A. Werde in 1900 and 1906, this neo-gothic gem was converted into 26 apartments. The building, previously owned by the Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission, served as their office building until 2018. While the inside of the building was heavily transformed to fit luxury apartments, the protected street facade was repaired with care.
