T-Factory is the combined ruins of a Fujien style tea factory and a rice factory in the Datun River valley, Sanjhih, North-Taiwan occupied by Marco Casagrande and Nikita Wu 2007-2008. The ruin compound was used as the C-Laboratory's desing-build base for the Tamkang University Department of Architecture and hosted various cross-disciplinary workshops and events. Casagrande's Ultra-Ruin methodology and the thinking of the Third Generation City are largely a product of the T-Factory.
