The T Chairr gets its name from its backrest reat but also from all the joints that connects in a similar way to a T.
The design process started with something very light and strong in mind. For the chair to be light, it should only be a matter of providing the basics, i.e a structure, a seat and a backrest whilst keeping an elegant design ongoing. The double frame of the T-Chair allows the use of timber with minimal thickness yet maximun strength.
The goal of getting the skeletal frame structure right was attained after a long process of development and testing. The frame is highly efficient in terms of timber usage and is aesthetically pleasing at the same time.
