Kraaijvanger Architects redesigned the former Rotterdam Zuid Borough Offices into a multifunctional swimming venue. The building is transformed into an eyecatcher that interacts with the surrounding area through shops, bars and restaurants at the street level.

The new venue boasts two swimming pools, one a 25-meter multi-purpose pool with adjustable floors and the other a 50-meter Olympic competition pool.
