Inspired space elevator technology and an investigation of it's impact on skyscraper and vertical urban design.  This proposal suggested that entire urban mega cities could traverse vertically from Troposphere to MesoSphere.  Pieces pass each other in transit allow citizenry to catch urban plazas and parks as they journey throughout the day.  Part creative investigation, part facetious jab at the architectural communities' height arms race, this was proposed in 2007 for EvoloArch's Skyscraper competition.
