Swallowfield Estate controlled entrance embodies a modern and cutting-edge architectural design, utilizing the latest materials such as frameless glass curtain walling and exposed concrete. A smart control system is integrated to facilitate booking, management, and control of access into and out of the estate.
The design concept draws inspiration from the umbrella 🌂 theme, inspired by local indigenous trees 🌳. The main feature is a prominent umbrella-like structure that serves as the central security point. This structure consists of two floors, accessible through a ramp. The ground floor houses a guard house, ablutions, and a holding cell, ensuring efficient security operations. On the first floor, one can find the security manager's office, the Estate management office, and a boardroom, providing a dedicated space for managerial tasks.
Flanking the main umbrella are three smaller umbrellas, each with a unique purpose. The first one resembles a shed with a security post, dedicated to monitoring and assisting residents at the vehicular access gate into the Estate. The second umbrella serves as an access point for both motoring residents that are exiting the Estate while on the opposite side, another umbrella caters specifically to pedestrian and cyclist access and exit points within the Estate.
Notably, there is a controlled visitors' point to accommodate and assist visitors without disrupting pre-booked activities. Visitors can be parked and guided without affecting the scheduled access of other authorized personnel.
The crowning glory of the entrance is the Swallowfield Sculpture, featuring the graceful wings of a Swan that are spread open with the Swallowfield logo in the center. This captivating sculpture aims to leave a lasting impression on visitors and residents, enticing them to explore and experience the exceptional facilities and amenities inside the development.
