This is a public path which bonds and introduces the traditional community with a new way a dwelling.Sustainable aspects:The sustainable aspect of this project is the building components and its system. The system is base on a paneling composition, which decreases lobar and overall construction cost. The modular system enables freedom of design. The panels (glass or concrete or metal) can be orientated in any configuration that suite a particular environment. The availability of demolished concrete on the existing site provided substantial amount of recyclable material. Advantages of Panel system:Cross VentilationIllumination control Flexible thermal properties (Based on location)Passive Heating controlStructure:the structural system is base on a 8"x8" allow steel, with a perimeter of 13'x13' Cube. This cube structure can be bolted on any side of another cube and also be able to cantilever on either side. The structure is supported a extruding pile foundation, which decreases soil removal and rain runoff. Plants:Wild plant on site were replanted on roofs and surrounding landscape in a controlled manner. The interior:The interior is furnished with customs organic furniture, which break away from the rigid geometry of the rectangular units. This gave each space character and charisma.
