Sushi Moto is an Asian Fusion restaurant where the owner, has a successful restaurant on the North side of Wellington and wanted to provide another convenient location on the South side of town.  Our team was brought in to identify the color scheme and adapt the finishes to a more compact and casual layout.  In creating the design, we reorganized and adjusted a number of the design elements including the cooking line, sushi bar and seating area.  We packed as much seating as we could afford while balancing the space needed to produce the menu for the clientele.  If you are an asian fusion fan, you need to visit Sushi Moto.  You will not regret it.
