Heightening of a building and creation of 2 homes

Located in neighborhood mix of houses and 5 levels buildings, this high-density project of raising is to create two houses while retaining the existing work on the ground floor.

The plot is characterized by a pinion of more than 20 meters high overlooking a workshop R +1 and a street corner situation.

It was chosen to highlight the raising by highlighting horizontal strata made of glass panels and reflective glass mirrors to reflect the image of the Paris context. Terraces and a bow window allow us to manage access and domestic distribution of this narrow plot.
