THE SUPPLY CHANGE is a new way of re-thinking the industrial fabrics in order to find viable
social, managerial and creative solutions according to the typological character of the site and the existing spaces.
The concept of assembly line, understood as production phase, is construed as synergic
contribution for the new uses of these production sites to come close to the community’s
needs. The supply change defines a social enterprise to connect and create mutually beneficial and profitable relationships between the cultural industry and artisan communities.
The supply change is a melting pot between the production world and cultural world. The old fabric become a flexible and dynamic place; the labs (The Factory) represent the production phase and the supply change is the head quarter (The Bend) which promote cultural events (The Stage) for the community over the years.
