This project was realized as part of the exhibition "Durch Nacht zum Licht" in the Museum of Mining History in Herdorf, Germany. It is an exhibition of photographs of the artist Stephan Huetter. The photographs are about light in rooms without light in closed underground mining structures.
The superspace is designed to represent Stephan Huetters video "Der ewige Bergmann" (the everlasting miner).
The structure is made of honeycomb spacer boards with drainpipes for stabilization. The drainpipes contain speakers for the background noise. Exhibition "Durch Nacht zum Licht": 7th of November 2009 - 15th of April 2010
