Innovative structural solutions, such as intersecting volumes or skybridges, create visually striking silhouettes that foster connectivity and architectural dialogue across the skyline, as seen in proposals like oiio’s “The Big Bend” which rethinks height limitations by bending the tower into a continuous arch. The facade integrates energy-efficient curtain walls with biophilic elements like garden terraces to enhance occupant well-being and reduce environmental impact. Renewable energy systems—including rooftop solar arrays and integrated wind turbines—are embedded to achieve net-zero operational goals.
