Goshow Architects provided design services for this new $56 million, 604-bed student residence hall and activity center. The 175,000 sq. ft. building consists of 104 suite-style apartments with common elements such as lounges, small kitchens and student laundry rooms located on the ground floor of the residences. Certified LEED Gold, the building incorporates multiple sustainable design strategies from the highly insulated exterior envelope clad in insulated metal panels to the use of rapidly renewable and low VOC interior materials.
