''Sunny Living'' is a residential project that presents a refined blend of sculptural fluidity and contemporary minimalism. The building is structured around a series of gently curved horizontal slabs that extend outward, giving each level a sense of openness while establishing a distinctive rhythm along the façade. These sweeping lines create generous terraces filled with lush plantings, softening the clean geometry and fostering a strong connection to nature.
Vertical wooden slats are strategically placed between the floor plates, introducing warmth and texture while offering privacy and dappled light to the interior spaces. At ground level, a series of broad, sculptural arches anchor the building with a sense of elegance and harmony, framing glimpses of the landscaped garden behind.
The top floor introduces a playful yet sophisticated architectural gesture: large circular openings punctuate the canopy, allowing sunlight to filter through in shifting patterns throughout the day. This perforated roof element enhances the building’s lightness and reinforces its overall sense of fluidity.
Sunny Living creates an inviting, modern sanctuary—an architecture that balances calm, organic curves with crisp contemporary detailing, resulting in a visually striking yet serene urban retreat.
