Sunny Garden is residential complex close to Vitosha Mountain in Sofia, Bulgaria, situated on 7,5 acres. It consists of 5 residential buildings, including a richly landscaped park and underground parking.
The main idea in the project was the orientation of all buildings towards the mountain views. The areas between buildings is entirely pedestrian, with seating areas, walkways and bicycle runs, decorative fountain.
