The project represents another step in redevelopment of the downtown area of Murska Sobota. On the corner of a former derelict industrial site, the two volumes enclose the courtyard behind. Building One addresses the urban street, its facade features a variation of pronounced rectangular forms. Building Two faces the more private open green areas on the south. On the back, access to individual apartments is provided by a long sheltered walkway. On the front, the faceted glass structure encloses loggias, protecting them from street noise. Serigraphed sunflowers provide additional protection from the afternoon sun and an adequate level of privacy.
