This terrace project is designed as a spacious, modern structure that balances openness with architectural character. The main framework spans 33 feet between the primary columns, creating a wide, unobstructed area ideal for gatherings and comfortable daily use. The gently sloped roof reaches approximately 12.5 feet at its highest point, giving the space a light, airy feeling while offering full protection from the elements.
To complement the structural design, we developed custom metal sliding doors sized to fit the 33-foot opening. These doors provide flexibility, allowing the terrace to shift from an open pavilion to a semi-enclosed space depending on weather and function. Vertical wooden partitions and a contrasting brick wall add warmth and texture, enhancing the visual rhythm of the architecture.
The interior furnishings were also designed specifically for this project. We created metal dining tables and chairs with a durable, stylish look that suits outdoor environments. The tables feature composite countertops, combining strength, weather resistance, and refined aesthetics.
Integrated LED lighting with adjustable color modes expands the terrace’s functionality, allowing the atmosphere to shift from bright and practical to warm and ambient. Overall, the project brings together structural clarity, custom metalwork, and modern comfort in a cohesive outdoor living environment.
