Studio#8 is a unique complex of loft style apartments. The concept "Live and work" is embodied in the combination of country tranquility with the capital's breakneck rhythm.
The object is situated in the territory of dilapidated factory. The architectural appearance was formed on the basis of several images: proximity to the village of artists and modern Dutch architecture. Basic principle of the renovation is the creation of different shapes attic floors, the introduction of loft style, open public spaces. Architects also developed the concept of internal public spaces, pedestrian areas, parking areas, facing of facades, interiors solutions and navigation system.
