Create a dense and inhabited city in a natural environment. Reinforce the transition between an urban nature in the central fringe, and a more porous and less constituted fabric. This approach makes it possible to dilute the borders between city and plant, and allows dialogue with the larger landscape. The main lines of the site dictate the morphology of the urban part situated in a key location on the campus.
First building on the grid centrally urban when approaching the neighborhood from the west, the AgroParis Tech House borders the south of the central park, a key element of this new student campus. Slenderness, proportion and elegance give to the project its own status as an emblematic building of the central strip, at the intersection of structuring axes of the Agro campus.a
With a footprint of 739m², 30% of the plot area is devoted to landscaped areas, both the mineral and urban plot to the west and the planted interior courtyard, guaranteeing a pleasant and planted urban context. The location of the frame seeks to find a balance between the surfaces of these two sets.
