The office occupies the whole floor of the office building, the visual field can reach to 360 degrees with unique landscape vision and good lighting conditions. The vibrant impression of the city, the rolling mountains, the rhythm of the river and other iconic cultural and natural landscape of the Bay Area are integrated, which become the inspiration of the design.
Design Strategy
We use fluid curved shapes,the original enclosed space is "opened" as far as possible, avoiding the use of traditional wall and column partition, creating a broad view. Within and surrounding the hall break-out areas for collaboration, quieter spaces for focus, and a "lecture hall" for shared experiences encourage communication, experimentation, and constant learning. The modelling and the technical implementation of curve puts forward high requirements on the design and construction. It not only makes use of curves to carry out flexible segmentation of spatial function partition, but also reshapes the spatial relationship, and creates a space sculpture with visual impact.
Social Impact
The role of design should be to bring out human creativity as much as it is to provide efficiency and ease to the user.Activate the space into one that energizes creativity and attracts the top talents, a space that is vibrant, transparent, and inspires a greater sense of collaboration as well as productivity.Through intentional design, this workspace unites the crew and allows the company to continue innovating as thought leaders and culture changers.
