An architectural installation exploring the phenomena of light.The project encouraged the creative use of inexpensive materials. The individual strand of yarn encased in straws, from a distance, is identifiable as a somewhat jagged line. As more straws are incorporated into a field, a buzzing effect is produced as a result of the eye attempting to select an individual strand, or small group of strands, as a focal point. A great feeling of disorientation occurs when physically moving through the field & when observing an individual moving through the field.
